Jogging at 7am this morning ,
well. woke up at 6am.
Morning called Shimin till she woke up.
and off to nearby park for jogging.

its good to run in the morning you know.
the breeze is really great.

feel good while jogging in the early morning.

Frm 7am, we ran till 8.30am.
i mean, included walking here and there, and exercising over the ..
playground.

went to kel's house at ard 10 plus.
and reached Sun Plaza, 12pm.

Off for Mac.
